Voting happens in rounds.


After each round:

  • Votes are counted.
  • The ballot is updated.
  • The highest-performing candidates advance.
  • This continues until one candidate earns more than half the votes, creating a winner with true majority support.


To keep things fair:

  • Eliminations are done from the bottom up
  • No round removes more than one-third of the total votes cast
  • Ties can result in a re-vote, so no candidate is unfairly dropped
